Each time you submit an idea and receive a GO / PIVOT / KILL verdict, that's one validation. Viewing an existing verdict, sharing it, or running intelligence tools on it does not count.
Monthly allocations reset at the start of each billing period — they don't roll over. Validation Packs, however, never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation.
