We collect your email address, name, payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and challenge activity (check-ins, outcomes). If you connect social accounts for verification, we store only the verification result, not your content.
Your data is used to operate PledgeOFF: running challenges, processing refunds, sending daily check-in reminders, and calculating your credibility score. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe. PledgeOFF never stores payment card data. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
When you lose a challenge, your pledge (65%) is transferred to the charity you selected. Only the transfer amount and charity name are shared with charity partners — not your personal details.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session management). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain anonymised transaction data for financial compliance (7 years) and delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days.
